What we’re looking for

MySQUAR is searching for an experienced marketing professional with a passion for all things mobile to join our team as Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead our marketing team in Myanmar and develop an effective social marketing & partnership strategy to help us expand our social presences & partnership.

What you will do:
  • Manage all day-to-day marketing functions, including providing support and direction for better campaign planning & execution.
  • Providing direction and guidance for the local marketing department especially for the content creators, customer services, operations and stickers freelancer designers.
  • Direct research initiatives to organize segmentation efforts around a deeper understanding of users' needs and insight.
  • Conceptualize and support creative team in regard of developing sticker content.
  • Advise, coordinate and monitor the workload and deadlines of the appointed freelance designers
  • Coordinate with Vietnam Marketing team to manage all day-to-day contact with clients & partners, sellers.
  • Coordinate with Operations Team for field activities if any.

Requirements:
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of audiences and partners from across a number of disciplines
  • 1-2 years experiences of online marketing techniques especially for local insights and expectations
  • Great customer services skills with the ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with our clients, partners, publishers and freelance creatives.
  • Must have a good understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions, digital & social activities, as well as experience in developing partner marketing plans
  • Customer focused and a partner advocate
  • You are a team leader and have the ability to develop strong relationships, influence, and collaborate
  • Candidate must be able to speak Myanmar. Candidate who could speak English well will have higher priority.
