What will you do?
The Human Resource & Administration Manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resource and Administration function. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Perform various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Carry out the compensation program; the performance evaluation program Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting and communicating benefit information to employees. Carry out and maintains affirmative action program; maintain employee records, reports. Handle labor contract preparing, signing, storing and reporting. Maintains updating company organization charts and the employee directory. In charge of recruitment for team in Myanmar (Vietnam team will support you) Be responsible for monthly timesheet management, counting monthly payroll, all Social Insurance registration and reports, all Labor registration report, make the yearly PIT settlement report. Directly work with Government office for necessary paperwork. Perform activities to take care personnel in the company such as: Company Trips, Birthday party, holiday events, parties
Perform training activities Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed. Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database. Maintains compliance with the state regulations concerning employment. Manage Administration Work: Office set up, daily running and maintaining, office facilities and supplies. Performs other related duties as required and assigned

English proficiency Supervisory Responsibility: This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department. Please be noted that this is management position, working as responsibilities so sometimes it is requires long hours, weekend work and travel for business. Required Education and Experience: A bachelor degree At least 2 three years in HR and Administration management. Knowledge of Labor Code, PIT law Experience to work with government office and processes.
